The B&B is located in a small villa surrounded by vegetation in the quiet "Le Mosse" Residential area, close to the town centre of Fossombrone (the roman Forum Sempronii)

It has three large rooms, each equipped with its own bathroom and furnished with period forniture. Breakfast is served in the hall facing the nide garden with a terrace, from witch the eye can reach the Gola del Furlo mountains.

Internal and external parking place is available for free.

The Reinassance city of Urbino is easily accessible by car. In fact, it is only a 15 minute drive from the B&B, so is the Adriatic Sea.
